Processing time

Most orders ship within 48 hours. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays) please allow up to 72 hours before dispatch. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery estimates

Every order ships tracked. Delivery estimates for your address are seen at the checkout — add the processing time of ~48 hours. Estimates aren't guarantees; customs and local carrier handoffs can add a few extra days inline with rest of the world.

Free shipping

Every order ships tracked. Orders over a threshold ship free — the exact amount for your country is shown on the homepage banner, product page and at checkout.

Customs, duties & import taxes

Depending on your country, you may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We try to cover duties, where we can.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated for a while, that's normally due to international parcels moving between carrier networks — contact us if it's been quiet for more than 5 business days.
